Grammar Exercise on SUBJECT-VERB-AGREEMENT

I think one big reason of misusing the form of the verbs is that we are not familiar with the sentense structures (neither..nor, Either..or, ..not.. as what Raymond refered in the exercise)or the categories of the nouns ( collective nouns? singular nouns? ). Sometimes, even when we know what is right, we may make mistakes when talking.
The exercise covers some typical sentence stuctures that we make mistakes frequently.however, dear Raymond, since you provide us such good exercise, could you be kind enough to give us the answers as well?^^
